Let's talking about all the NEW things!
As we grow we want to ensure we keep our booking process as streamlined as possible and allow our current clients the ability to have first pick on times and availabilities on our calendars.
This doesn't mean we don't love and appreciate our new clients but our current clients have supported us for a long time and we want to give them that love back!
This change will ONLY affect new color clients and extension clients. All other new clients are able to book directly on our books. You are also still able to call our salon line and
skip this process.
If you have called in recently you have possibly spoken with our new Guest Experience Manager, JC! We now will have set booking hours where you are able to call in or text us directly and get to talk to JC to book. She will also be who follows up for new color and extension clients.

OUR NEW LIVE BOOKING HOURS:
After these hours you will be able to book online or submit your New Client Color or Extensions application! Our studio hours will still remain the same. You are still welcome to walk-in to make an appointment as well!
NEW COLOR + EXTENSION CLIENT APPLICATIONS
Our New Client applications will have pre-screening questions to help us get you matched with the BEST artist based on your needs and availability. These will be for New Clients wanting color or extensions. Cut, skin, brow, lash and other new clients can still book online directly onto our calendars!
If you want to get in ASAP please give us a call during our Live Booking Hours to go through a few of the pre-screening questions for your file and get you booked with the earliest availability based on your needs.
