We understand life happens sometimes and you may have to cancel an appointment. We ask that all cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any client failing to provide a 24 hour notice for a cancellation twice will be asked to pay $20 per service canceled before booking your next appointment.
We understand that life gets chaotic at times. If you should miss your appointment a rebooking fee of $25 will be required for missed cuts, facials, and makeup appointments and a rebooking fee of $50 will be required for missed color services.

All pricing quoted over the phone is an estimate based on the information our receptionist has received. Hair thickness, length, and texture are taken to account for each color service. A full consultation will be done before your service and an accurate price quote will be given.
Traffic? Car issues? We get it, it happens! Just give us a call! We will do our best to fit all services into the time allotted but if time is too limited we will have to reschedule your appointment to a different day.
SERVICE GUARANTEES + REDOS
If your hair did not turn out as discussed with your stylist please let us know as soon as you realize it's not doing it for you. We are happy to make any adjustments within the 10 days of your initial appointment. After this period any wanted adjustments will be charged as full-priced services.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unhappy with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.
